FLEXCAMM gaskets are offered as a new high quality seal-ing alternative.

These FLEXCAMM are used to solve problems when there is a difficult sealing environments and performances is critical or sealing stresses are low.

FLEXCAMM consist of a metal core with concetric grooves with sealing layers of flexible graphite of PTFE of expande vermiculte both sides.

Metal core is usually selected based on a metaliurgy of the piping. These FLEXCAMM  can be reused relaminating with new sealing covers to give virtually endless uses.

Owing to its excellent recovering characteristic the FLEXCAMM are suited for use on application with cyclic loading of pressure and temperature.

RING JOINT GASKET

RTJ gasket are prduced in different solid metal types. They are used for high pressure (till 1300 bar) and for high tepmperature (till 1000^o C) and are used where corrosive agents are presents.

These gaskets are obtained by meccanical working from forged of laminated metals.

RTJ find their mainly application in refining process in crude extraction and in high pressure sale. For their production we use the last edition of API standard. FMI can supply oval and octagonal ring joint, BX and RX for all applications to suite the flanges design with standard and special style.
